Programme Length

Au pairs travel to England on a UK Youth Mobility Visa for a term of 12 months.

Hours and Stipend

As an Au Pair, you may provide childcare and light childcare related housework for your host family and will receive between £126 - £180 depending on the hours and days you work.  Hours vary.  To view information around Junior Nanny roles in England visit us here.

Childcare Responsibilities

Au Pairs may have a wide range of responsibilities related to childcare. An Au pair provides busy parents with a much needed “extra set of hands” and duties can include childcare and light housekeeping related to childcare such as doing the children’s laundry and cleaning up after the children.

Au Pair Programme Requirements

• You must be 18 to 27 years old.
• Proficient in English.
• Have a minimum of 100 hours proven childcare experience.
• In good health.
• Have previous child care experience.
• Have successfully completed and passed our referee and police vetting.
• Have successfully undertaken an interview.
• Be available & willing to commit to a 12 month placement

As An Au Pair You Will Receive:

• Depending on your location you may have access to a vehicle
• The opportunity to travel with your placement family (This is dependent on job requirements)
